In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, known as the L.C.E.N., users and visitors, hereinafter the ‘User’, to the website https://www.studio-gilles-barbier.fr/, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Site’, are hereby informed of this legal notice.

Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present legal notice.

These are available on the Site under the heading “Legal information”.

1 – The publisher

The Site is edited and published by Gilles BARBIER, whose e-mail address is contact@studio-gilles-barbier.fr, hereinafter the “Publisher“.

2 – Hosting and design

The Site is hosted by OVH, whose head office is located at 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.

The design and creation of the website was carried out byWordPress agency Djulyinzesky, specialists in the creation of customized WordPress sites.

3 – Site access

The Site is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, or where maintenance is required.

In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Editor cannot be held responsible.

4 – Data collection

The Site ensures that the User’s personal information is collected and processed in compliance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.

Under the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to his or her personal data. The User may exercise this right:
